Inspiration (About Us)
Being passionate about supporting people in natural approaches to
wellness was my inspiration leading to developing the Wellness Expo.
Having been a practitioner in holistic health and wellness for over
14 years I wanted to extend that knowledge to a larger audience. All
of my clients appreciate the benefits of natural healthcare options.
The Wellness Expo will give people the opportunity to easily and
quickly explore and experience various approaches to wellness,
through meeting professional local providers.
What we offer at the Wellness Expo is the opportunity to learn about and experience sample sessions from a variety of knowledgeable practitioners and numerous health related products and services.
The primary focus of our annual Peterborough Wellness Expo is to develop a show based on healthy lifestyle choices that improve mental, physical and spiritual health. What we hope to provide for attendees are solutions or answers to at least most of their alternative health related questions. Here are some of the benefits you can expect:

I am honoured to present this Annual Wellness Expo to the residents of Peterborough. Our first 2 years were a huge success and each year we grow and present more exhibitors and new features. My personal and professional experience in the alternative health and wellness field enables me to share valuable knowledge and give back to this community.
